How much does it cost to book Atlanta Music Pros?
Our tiered packages start at $799 for Basic (4 hours with a professional DJ, full sound system, wireless mic, and a planning consultation), $1,499 for Premium (5 hours, adding dance-floor lighting and an MC), and $2,799 for VIP. Bars, residencies, concerts, and large corporate events are custom-quoted. See our packages or request a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking three to six months ahead, and even earlier for spring, summer, and holiday weekend dates which fill quickly. That said, we sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, so it's always worth reaching out to check availability.
Do you travel outside of Atlanta?
Yes. We regularly perform across metro Atlanta — including Marietta, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Roswell, Buckhead, Snellville, Smyrna, and Dunwoody — and travel throughout Georgia. Travel is included within roughly 60 miles of Atlanta; beyond that we add a modest travel fee, quoted up front.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Always. Every booking includes redundant, professional-grade gear — backup mixers, controllers, speakers, microphones, and cabling — so the music never stops if something fails. We arrive early, set up, and sound-check well before guests arrive.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A signed agreement and a deposit (typically 25–50% of the package) reserve your date, with the balance due before the event. Deposits hold your date and are generally non-refundable, but we'll always work with you to reschedule when life happens. Full terms are spelled out in your booking agreement.
Can we request specific songs and a do-not-play list?
Absolutely. Every booking includes a planning consultation where we build your must-play and do-not-play lists together. Your DJ uses that as a guide, then reads the room live and mixes in the right tracks at the right moments to keep the floor full.
Do you provide an MC or make announcements?
Yes. We offer professional MC and hosting to guide your timeline — grand entrances, toasts, dinner, and formalities — and keep guests engaged. Book the DJ alone or add a dedicated MC.
Are you insured?
Yes — Atlanta Music Pros is fully insured with liability coverage for all events, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance for venues that require one.
Can you handle sound, lighting, and a photo booth too?
Yes. We're a full-service entertainment company. Beyond DJs and live performers, we provide sound systems, lighting and uplighting, MCs, and a photo booth — all from one coordinated team.
How do we book and what happens next?
Send us your date and details through the booking form. A coordinator reaches out within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote. Once you approve, you sign a simple online agreement and pay your deposit to lock the date — then we start planning. Catch us live first on our events page.
