Yes, and it happens regularly. For a new room we contact the venue coordinator ahead of the date to confirm power, load-in, sound restrictions, and ceremony logistics, and we build extra setup time into the schedule.
Some venues have decibel limits or a hard music curfew, especially outdoor and mixed-use spaces. We confirm the rules with your venue before the date and design the system and the timeline around them so nothing gets shut down mid-reception.
