Atlanta Music Pros provides AV equipment rental throughout Metro Atlanta for corporate meetings, conferences, galas, trade shows and private events. Available solutions include PA and speaker systems, digital mixers, wireless handheld, lavalier, headset and podium microphones, projectors and projection screens, flat-panel displays, LED video wall, video switchers, cameras and tripods, stage and event lighting, uplighting, presentation equipment, cabling and signal distribution, and staging where available.
Most people searching for AV rental in Atlanta are not really shopping for hardware. They have a room, a date, a guest count and a list of things that have to work — a presenter who needs to be heard, slides that need to be seen, a panel with four microphones, a video that has to play with sound. Hardware is the means, not the requirement.
So we quote both ways. Straight equipment rental when you have your own competent operator, and full-service production when you would rather someone delivered, installed, tested, operated and removed it. For corporate work, the second is what most clients actually want once they have priced the risk of the first.
This is the single most useful distinction in AV rental, and the one most quotes blur. Both are legitimate; they suit different situations.
| Equipment rental | Full-service AV production | |
|---|---|---|
| What arrives | The gear you asked for, on the agreed date | A working system, built and tested in your room |
| Who sets it up | Your team, or your venue’s staff | Our crew, inside the venue’s load-in window |
| Who operates it | You do | An AV technician stays for the event |
| Room tuning | Not included | Speakers positioned and levels set for the actual room |
| If something fails | You are troubleshooting it | The technician on site handles it |
| Best for | In-house teams who own the workflow and have run it before | Corporate events where a presenter cannot be left waiting |
| Typical requests | A PA for a company picnic, a display for a lobby, uplighting for a room | General sessions, conferences, galas, streamed and recorded events |
Available solutions by category. Specific models are matched to the room, the guest count and the content once we know the venue — we do not publish a fixed inventory list, because the right answer for a 40-person boardroom is not a smaller version of the right answer for a 400-person ballroom.
Speech-first coverage scaled to the room.
The category that most often decides whether an event sounds professional.
Sized against throw distance, ambient light and the back row.
Flat panels for breakouts and lobbies, LED where projection cannot win.
For IMAG, recording and streaming.
Two different jobs: making presenters look right, and making the room feel right.
The unglamorous half that causes most of the trouble.
Where available, and coordinated through partners when scale requires it.
A PA system in the corner of a ballroom is not the same thing as a room that sounds good. Two identical speakers can be intelligible or unusable depending on where they sit relative to the microphones, how the room’s hard surfaces behave, and whether anyone set the gain structure before the presenter picked up a handheld.
Speaker placement decides coverage and feedback margin. A projector’s stated brightness means nothing if the screen is sized for a dark room and your ballroom has three walls of glass. Wireless microphones that worked at the last venue can be unusable at the next one until the channels are swept and reassigned around the local broadcast and venue-system landscape.
During the event, the work is continuous: riding levels as presenters swap, muting a lav that is about to be handed off, catching the laptop that has decided to mirror at the wrong resolution, and keeping playback audio from arriving 12 dB louder than the speaker who just finished. None of that is equipment. It is attention.
Strike is a real constraint in Atlanta venues. Loading docks get scheduled, freight elevators get shared with the next event, and overtime labor charges start at a specific minute. A crew that planned for the out as carefully as the in is part of what full-service means. Our corporate AV pricing page covers how load-in and strike windows affect a quote.
An illustrative package for a single-room meeting in a hotel function space, quoted as full-service. This is an example of how a package is assembled, not a record of a specific event or a price list.
Swap the projector for LED, add a second room, add cameras and a stream, or add an evening reception with a DJ, and the package changes shape. That is why the quote comes after the conversation rather than before it.
Atlanta Music Pros provides some of this work directly and coordinates the rest through production partners we have vetted. Which parts fall where depends on the scale of the room, the date and what the venue allows, so the honest answer is that we build or coordinate a package around your venue, guest count and production requirements rather than publishing a fixed equipment list.
We do not publish model numbers, projector brightness figures, LED pixel pitches or a claimed warehouse inventory on this page, because those change and because a specification list is a poor way to choose a production partner. What we will do is tell you exactly what is being supplied for your event, and who is operating it, in the written scope before you sign anything.
Atlanta Music Pros is an Atlanta-based company serving Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. We do not operate satellite offices in the suburbs — we travel to the venue, which is what actually matters for a load-in time.
Delivery and load-in are planned around the venue. If your event is at a major Atlanta facility, the Atlanta event venue guides cover access, in-house AV and outside-vendor considerations building by building.
Atlanta Music Pros provides AV equipment rental across Metro Atlanta, including PA and speaker systems, wireless microphones, projectors and screens, flat-panel displays, LED video wall through production partners, cameras, video switching, lighting and presentation equipment. You can book equipment on its own where you have a capable operator, or book it as full-service production where we deliver, install, test, operate and remove everything. Tell us the venue, date and guest count and we will scope it.
AV rental means the equipment arrives and your team takes it from there. Full-service production means our crew delivers it, installs it, positions and tunes it for the room, runs a rehearsal, operates it live and strikes it afterwards. The equipment list can be identical; what differs is who is responsible when a presenter’s microphone starts feeding back or a laptop refuses to output to the projector. For corporate events with a real audience, full-service is usually the right call.
Yes, for full-service bookings delivery, installation, testing, on-site operation and removal are all part of the job. We plan load-in around the venue’s dock and elevator schedule and build the system before guests arrive, with time for a presenter walk-through. Dry equipment rental with collection or delivery only can also be arranged where a client specifically wants hardware rather than production.
Yes. A compact PA with a lavalier and a handheld microphone covers a large share of small corporate meetings, training sessions and town halls. For a room under about 50 people, that plus a display is often the entire technical requirement. We will tell you honestly if your room does not need more than that rather than quoting a package you will not use.
We can supply LED video wall for Atlanta corporate events, coordinated through vetted production partners rather than from claimed in-house inventory, and we manage the specification, install and content path as part of your production. LED makes sense when ambient light would wash out projection, when the content needs to look bright and saturated, or when the scale of the stage calls for it. The LED video wall page explains how the decision is usually made.
It depends on equipment, guest count, room count, crew, load-in time and event duration, which is why we quote rather than publish a rate card. The variables that move an AV quote most are the number of rooms, the number of wireless microphone channels, whether you need cameras or a stream, how much labor the load-in window requires, and whether a rehearsal day is involved. The corporate AV pricing page walks through each factor.
Yes. Multi-room conference work is normal: a general session package in the main room plus per-room breakout kits, with presentation collection and technical support coordinated across all of them. It is worth telling us early how many rooms run concurrently, because that drives crew numbers more than any single piece of equipment does. Our breakout room AV page covers how those rooms are run as one production.
Yes, and it is worth asking, because this is where DIY setups usually stall. Full-service bookings include the cable runs, signal distribution, converters and adaptors needed to connect whatever laptops actually turn up, plus cable ramping and protection where cable crosses a walkway. Power distribution is planned within the venue’s available circuits, and venue power charges are confirmed during pre-production.
Tell us the venue, date, guest count and what the room has to do, and we will build an AV package around it — as equipment rental, or as full-service production with delivery, install, testing, operation and strike. If you are not sure which you need, say what the event is and we will recommend one.
